K-9 Float Coat - Dog Lifejacket by Ruffwear

The K-9 Float Coat by Ruffwear is a premium life jacket designed for dogs that love to SUP, surf, kayak, raft or boat.   It is the ultimate in canine floation and water safety with great details such as a strong, centrally placed handle on the back that allows you to help your pup out of the water and reflective trim that gives enhanced visibility.

Sizing

The K-9 Float Coat is available in 6 sizes - to choose the best size, measure around your dog's girth/chest.

If your dog is in-between sizes or a unique shape, you can also consider the neck size (around the neck) and the coat length (from the base of the neck towards the tail).   Note: the dog coat should only cover the ribcage and not go the full length of the body - otherwise it can interfere with the rear legs in swimming.  Check out the video further down this page on fitting the K9 Float Coat.

Secure fasteners.  Hand wash with mild detergent. Air dry.
